I've been getting asked this question a lot so I do want to address it. Although, Joyfull is a Christian based bakery, you DO NOT have to be a Christian to order with us! As a follower of Christ, I make it my job to make everyone feel welcome while spreading the joy, love and peace that Jesus has given me! Don't feel afraid to order if you're not Christian. I will treat you with the same respect and kindness as I do to all my customers!
I ask that regular cakes with a simple writing on it are ordered at the very least, ONE week in advance! I also ask for all custom cake orders to be submitted TWO weeks in advance. This is so I can get all the materials ordered and delivered in time. Another reason is so I have to time to plan my schedule around it because I am a high school student!
There are multiple ways you can submit cake orders. Whether it's through a phone call, text message, email, or DM you can submit a cake order and I will respond during my business hours located on my home page. I also do have a cake order form where cake requests can be sent which will be followed up with an email about your inquiry located on the section titled, "Cake Order Form" on my website!
*Please Note*
For regular cakes with a simple writing on it I ask for at least a week notice before the pickup/delivery date. For custom cakes I ask for at least a TWO week notice. It is VERY RARE that I will say yes to a custom cake order if not ordered two weeks in advance!
